The Saner Container

Check out what’s popping up! Container Markets

Toronto and Brooklyn are both home to container markets.  Container markets are a planned market made of containers.  Vendors buy or rent their space and the venue provides extras like seating areas, etc.  Scadding Court Community Centre in Toronto is even holding sessions on how to start your own container market.

The Dekalb Market is a joint venture between specialty market developers Urban Space and Youngwoo and Associates.  To read more about it, click here for Inhabit's story on the DeKalb Market.
